Hello to the foreign readers

I see in my statistics, that I have more and more readers coming from foreign countries, I would like to make them a special "hello", I sometimes wonder if an english summarized translation would interest?
But, perhaps the translators of the internet tools are enough? My english is not so good as i would wish it, oups.
